Xiaomi launched the Xiaomi 12 series in the Chinese market last December. Nearly a year later, the next generation of the company’s Number series is almost ready to hit the market. It is rumored that the screen will be removed from the Xiaomi 13 series devices within a few weeks. The lineup consists of two models, the standard model of Xiaomi 13 and the top model of Xiaomi 13 Pro. However, ahead of the official announcement from Xiaomi, the regular models of the upcoming series have been spotted on the Geekbench benchmarking site, revealing some key specs for the device as usual. Let’s look.

Xiaomi 13 appears on the Geekbench site

The new Xiaomi 13 with model number 2211133C is listed on the Geekbench benchmark website. A listing on the site revealed that the phone would be powered by an Octa-core chipset, with Prime Core clocked at 3.19 GHz. Also, the chip’s four performance cores run at 2.80 GHz while the rest of his three efficiency cores run at 2.02 GHz. It is also known that its motherboard codename is Kalama. The information given in the listing indicates that the Xiaomi 13 phone will be powered by his Qualcomm’s latest and greatest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor.

The benchmark database also revealed that this chipset will be paired with 12 GB of RAM. However, Xiaomi is set to launch one of its flagships in multiple memory variants, the GeekBench 5 listing also revealed that the Xiaomi 12 will run on his latest MIUI version based on Android 13. In terms of benchmark results, Xiaomi scored 1,497 points in 13 single-core tests and 5,089 points in multi-core tests. But aside from these, no other information about the new high-end smartphone has been revealed from Geekbench’s listing.

Just know, some information about premium grade Xiaomi 13 series phones has already surfaced. A Leica lens is used. The phone runs with a MIUI 14 custom skin, and even the Xiaomi 13’s design was revealed from a recently leaked computer-aided design (CAD) rendering.
