Weekend mega delivery! TVS sets a precedent by delivering 200 of his electric scooters to customers in one day

TVS (TVS), India’s third largest motorcycle manufacturer, was born in Tamil Nadu and has set a new precedent for electric scooters in the world. The company already has the only battery-powered scooter iQube. A few months ago, an updated version of this model hit the market. They recently set this milestone by delivering over 200 iCube models at a major delivery event held in Delhi.

TVS held a mega distribution event in Delhi on 13th November. They deliver over 200 electric scooters there. There are two variant models of him iQube and iQube S. This allowed them to deliver 2000 of his scooters to Delhi.

Incidentally, TVS released three versions of iCube earlier this year. These are the iQube, iQube S, and iQube ST. These electric scooters are available in 11 colors and 3 charging options. The on-road prices of iQube and iQube ST are Rs 99,130 ​​and Rs 1,04,123 respectively under his FEM-2 scheme of central government and subsidy of Delhi state government.

Both versions are equipped with a 3.4 kWh lithium-ion battery. This battery can travel 100 km on a full charge. It also has a 7-inch TFT display, HMI controls and reverse parking technology.

On the other hand, the higher version of this scooter iQube ST has a 5.1 kWh battery pack. In this case, the battery can travel 140 km on a full charge. However, pricing for this version has not yet been announced. Currently, it can be reserved by depositing tokens of Tk 999.

TVS claims that its electric scooters need to be recharged twice a week for normal city driving. Therefore, his daily running cost per customer is only Rs.3. In addition, these scooters have his 3 different charging options: 650 watt charger, 95 watt charger and 1.5 kwh charger. The ST version battery can be charged to 80% in just 5 hours with a regular charger. Also, it takes about 7 hours to fully charge.
