Vivo recently confirmed that it will unveil its highly anticipated Vivo X90 flagship smartphone series on November 22nd in China. Earlier this week, the standard Vivo X90 received approval from his TENAA certification platform in China with model number V2241A. And now another X-series phone with model number V2242A has been approved by his Tena authorities. A recent report suggests that this model number is tied to the upcoming Vivo X90 Pro. The key specifications of this device are revealed in the TENAA listing. Let’s get to know them.

According to a new report from TechGoing, the Vivo X90 Pro with model number V2242A is listed on the Chinese Tena certification website. As revealed in the site’s listing, the phone features a 6.78-inch AMOLED display that offers 1,280 x 2,800 pixels, 10-bit color, and Full HD+ resolution. Its screen size and resolution are similar to the Vivo X90.

The device is powered by the MediaTek Dimension 9200 chipset operating at 3.05 GHz. The Vivo X90 Pro may offer 8GB/12GB/16GB RAM and 128GB/256GB/512GB storage. This handset will run Android 13 based on an OriginOS 3 custom skin.

For photography, the Vivo X90 Pro’s rear panel will feature a triple camera unit consisting of a 50-megapixel primary sensor, a 50-megapixel lens, and a 12-megapixel sensor. The device is believed to have a 1-inch Sony IMX989 primary camera. It also has a 32-megapixel camera on the front for selfies and video calls. For power backup, the Vivo X90 Pro is said to come with two 2,375 mAh (rated) dual-cell batteries.

As such, the total battery capacity of the handset is believed to be around 4,850 mAh (typical). Like the standard model, the Pro variant is expected to support 120W charging. It also offers other features such as an in-screen fingerprint scanner and an IR blaster. Finally, the Vivo X90 Pro measures 164.07 x 74.53 mm and weighs 214.85 grams.
