QJ Motor Launches Retro Bike To Compete With Royal Enfield At Rs 2.69 Million Price

Famous Chinese motorcycle brand QJ Motors recently entered India. As soon as they entered the country they introduced his four different segments of motorcycles. SRC 250, SRV 300, SRK 400, SRC 500. But today’s topic model is SRC500. Their parts are imported from abroad and assembled in this country to make their bikes. It is then sold on the market. Let’s take a closer look at the QJ SRC 500.

QJ SRC 500 design

The SRC 500 is based on the Benelli Imperiale 400. It has a large engine. The bike’s design features a teardrop-shaped fuel tank with black-painted engine and transmission casings, nine-spoke black alloy wheels, and a single-sided chrome exhaust pipe. There is no backrest behind the seat. However, chrome finish grips can be seen on both sides. It features round headlamps along with the instrument cluster.

QJ SRC 500 Specifications

The bike measures 2,710 mm long, 820 mm wide and 1,120 mm high. The wheelbase is 1,440mm and the ground clearance is 155mm. It has a fuel tank capacity of 15.5 liters, a vehicle weight of 205 kg and a seat height of 800 mm from the ground. 19″ wheels with 100/90 section on the front and 18″ rims with 130/80 section on the rear. There is also dual channel ABS.

QJ SRC 500 engine and transmission

The SRC 500 has a 480cc air-cooled single cylinder engine. It features two valves per cylinder and a SOHC design. It develops 25.5 hp at 5,750 rpm and 36 Nm of peak torque at 4,250 rpm. A 5-speed gearbox connected to the engine. The bike comes in three color options: silver-black, gold-black and red-white. They are priced at INR 2.69 lakh, INR 2.79 lakh and INR 2.79 lakh (before showroom) respectively.
