PMV EaS-E: India’s cheapest electric vehicle launch, 200km range on a single charge, book for just Rs 2000

PMV Electric’s first electric vehicle, dubbed EaS-E, made its official debut today as scheduled. The new vehicle launched by the Mumbai-based company is currently India’s cheapest battery-powered four-wheeler. His EaS-E model, which looks small, is priced at Rs 4.79 lakh in the original showroom. This price is limited to the first 10,000 customers. The company’s website has already received about 6,000 reservations. Now this electric car can be booked from his PMV website by him depositing a token of Tk 2000.

The PMV EaS-E model is currently the smallest electric vehicle in the country. Two adults and one small child can sit together in a small space inside the store. The EaS-E is perfectly designed for everyday use on city roads. Length 2,915mm, Width 1,157mm, Height 1,600mm. The wheelbase is 2,087mm and the ground clearance is 170mm. Vehicle weight is about 550kg.

The design of the PMV EaS-E is given a slightly fashionable look with rounded headlights in the front and LED light bars that run along the sides of the model. The tailgate also features a horizontally mounted light bar and slim design LED lights.

The EaS-E model has a compact appearance but is packed with all the latest features. Notable among them are the digital infotainment system, USB charging port, air conditioning, remote keyless entry, remote park assist, cruise control, airbags and seat belts. Apart from these, it offers different riding modes, Bluetooth connectivity, GPS navigation, music control, call notifications and much more.

Now let’s talk about the performance of this electric car. The PMV of this model is available with three different ranges of 120 km, 160 km and 200 km depending on the variant. Its battery is fully charged in just 4 hours. Any 15 amp charger will charge your electric vehicle. In addition, the company will provide him with an AC charger of 3 kilowatts.

The electric motor inside the EaS-E has a maximum power of 13 HP and a maximum torque of 50 Nm. The maximum speed of the car is 70 km / h. It can accelerate from rest to 40 km/h in 5 seconds.

Commenting on the EaS-E launch, PMV Electric Director Kalpit Patel said: This helped usher in a new segment called Personal Mobility Vehicles (PMVs). We will start commercial production as soon as possible. ”
