Jio 5G Update: Reliance Jio started its 5G services in two more cities of South India. Jio True 5G became available in Bengaluru and Hyderabad from last Thursday. In both these cities, Jio users can use 5G with 1 Gbps + speed. According to Reliance Jio, consumers are invited to avail the ‘Jio Welcome Offer’ to enjoy the next generation wireless network.

Last October 5, the company started beta testing 5G services in a total of four cities in the country. Those cities included Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Varanasi. Later, ahead of Diwali, the company also started beta testing its 5G network in Chennai and Nathdwara in Rajasthan. Now with the addition of Bengaluru and Hyderabad, Reliance Jio’s 5G services are available in a total of eight cities in the country.

Jio said users in Bengaluru and Hyderabad have been invited to take advantage of the ‘Jio Welcome Offer’ from November 10. Now all Jio customers taking this offer “will be able to experience unlimited data at 1Gbps+ speed at no extra cost.”
